Use to create one-of-a-kind, blended, and detailed pieces, with little or no thickness and texture. Belles & Whistle Rice Paper features a delicate, thin composition, making it easier to cut and alter for even the smallest projects.

How To Use:

• Decide where you would like to place your Premium Rice Decoupage Paper.

• Gently tear the border off your decoupage paper or the correct sized pieces you need (tearing helps blend the fibrous edges better than cutting). If using the paper right up to the edge, you can leave a little overhanging and use a sanding block at a 45 degree angle to sand off the edges to create a perfect edge.

• Apply Dixie Belle Clear Coat or a glue medium of your choice on the area where you want to place the decoupage paper. Place the decoupage paper on top and flatten it out working from the centre out to eliminate any bubbles.

• Apply another layer of Dixie Belle Clear Coat or Gator Hide on top of the Premium Rice Decoupage paper.

• Once paper is activated with Clear Coat you can move it around gently but take care not to wrinkle or tear the paper.

• Allow the Clear Coat to dry completely, then add another final layer to ensure excellent adhesion, before adding any other products.
Dry Time:
Dries in one hour.
Cures in 21-30 days.
