Adhesive and finishing varnish in one for decoupage technique to decorate stretched canvas, wood, paper and ceramic surfaces. Use it both under and over the selected paper for decoupage. To reach an evenly matte sheen, coat the entire surface with the adhesive varnish, which, after drying, will be highly matte and drip-proof.
