How To Use
1. Prepare the surface
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease or residue. For the most reflective mirror-like finish, apply to a smooth, sealed surface. Porous or textured surfaces should be primed or sealed before use.
2. Stir thoroughly
Mix slowly and carefully before use to evenly distribute the metallic pigments while minimising air bubbles.
3. Apply Chrome Enamel
Using a good quality synthetic brush, apply thin, even coats with smooth strokes. Avoid excessive brushing while wet, allowing the self-levelling formula to create the smoothest finish.
4. Build your finish
One coat provides excellent metallic coverage and dries in approximately 4 hours. Allow 24 hours between coats. A second coat can enhance smoothness, depth and reflectivity.
5. Aftercare & Cleaning
No topcoat is required. Once fully cured, avoid heavy rubbing or abrasion to maintain the mirror-like metallic effect. Clean brushes and tools with white spirit or turpentine.
